Major Sewer Rehabilitation Project Reaches Completion

The Ben Davis Conservancy District has reached an important milestone in its ongoing infrastructure work. The major sewer rehabilitation project completed by Inliner has now reached completion, and the Board has approved the final pay claim along with the Certificate of Substantial Completion.

This project was part of the District’s larger effort to strengthen the sanitary sewer system, reduce problem areas, and improve long-term reliability. While most of the work happened out of sight, projects like this are important because they help address aging infrastructure before larger failures occur.

Infrastructure work is not always visible once it is finished, but it matters to every freeholder. Rehabilitation projects help protect system capacity, reduce maintenance concerns, and support dependable service across the District.

The District will continue monitoring the system and planning future improvements as additional priorities are identified.
