Public Hearing

Please be advised that the Ben Davis Conservancy District Fall Public Hearing, originally scheduled for Monday, September 30, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Fleming Garden Christian Church, has been postponed. The new date for the hearing is Monday, October 14, 2024, at 6:00 PM, still at Fleming Garden Christian Church.

This meeting is of significant importance as it will address the 2025 Budget, Rate Tariff, and Salary Resolution, with formal adoption set to take place during the hearing.
